Pulse Nutritional Seminar

Pulse is offering a Free Nutrition Seminar on Tuesday, October 7, from 6:30-8pm in the Meeting Place. If you have been wanting to make a change in your eating habits but don’t know where to start, or just need a push in the right direction, this is the place to be! No judgement. We won’t put you on the spot. We WILL be ready to answer your questions and help you get moving toward whatever goals you might have for yourself! Our bodies are on loan! God has gifted each one of us a body, a temple, to take care of while we’re on the earth. Our nutrition seminar will focus on ways we can help these bodies thrive so we can be fully engaged in the things God is calling us to do for His Kingdom! Anyone is welcome. No registration required.
